Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a leading, nationally recognised brand based in Wakefield. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys combining business partnering with hands-on management accounting .
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting operational decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- Partnering with operational teams to provide insight and challenge
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving change
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
The Ideal Management Accountant will be:
- CIMA or ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong management accounting experience with exposure to business partnering
- Commercially aware, confident communicator and able to influence stakeholders
- Career-oriented with a proactive approach to driving change and adding value
Salary & Benefits:
- £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
