Temporary Immigration Associate - UK
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for UK immigration and global mobility cases, ensuring accurate tracking and record management.
- Coordinate documentation collection, review submissions for completeness, and maintain organized case records.
- Support recruiters, HR business partners, and hiring managers by facilitating immigration and mobility processes in line with company policies.
- Monitor case progress and proactively communicate status updates to employees, managers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with external immigration, relocation, and tax providers to ensure timely processing of cases and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate data within case management systems and support reporting activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying administrative efficiencies and helping maintain standard operating procedures.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and compliance documentation as required.
- Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with data privacy, confidentiality, and client service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of business immigration, global mobility, or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration processes, including procedural requirements for various visa categories and client-specific policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and accurately
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple geographic regions and time zones
- Proficiency in web-based immigration case management systems, reporting tools, and data management technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and appropriately escalate complex case issues
- Ability to adapt to changing workflows, business needs, and team priorities
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and fostering a positive client and employee experience
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery
