Robert Half are partnering with a market-leading SaaS organisation to recruit a Mac Support Engineer on an initial 6-week contract based in Cambridge , supporting the internal IT function of a growing technology business based in London. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees across the business, while also assisting with the administration and maintenance of internal IT systems, devices and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, managing technical issues from initial diagnosis through to resolution. Set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops and other end-user devices. Provide hands-on support across Apple macOS and Windows environments. Manage user accounts, permissions and access across internal systems and applications. Manage the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding. Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application and connectivity issues. Support meeting rooms, video conferencing, AV equipment and other office technology.
