This role leads the strategy, performance and ongoing development of a multi‑market B2B website ecosystem. You will act as the commercial owner of the website, ensuring excellent UX, strong conversion performance and continuous digital improvement. The role works closely with marketing, communications and technical teams to deliver a high‑performing, user‑centred web experience. This role is based in London and will require 4x days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the website roadmap, including UX enhancements, CRO initiatives and performance improvements
- Lead SEO strategy and work closely with digital marketing and SEO specialists
- Oversee GEO strategy to maximise website visibility, credibility and search performance across European markets
- Partner with an in‑house developer to deliver technical enhancements and site improvements
- Use analytics and data insights to drive measurable growth and optimisation
- Ensure consistency, quality and alignment across multilingual website versions
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience managing complex B2B websites
- Strong knowledge of SEO, UX and digital performance best practices
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco or similar)
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills
