Robert Half is partnering with a leading global investment firm to recruit a Team Assistant to join its London office.
Supporting senior investment professionals and a wider team of around 50 people, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career within a highly successful and collaborative business.
You'll become a key member of the support function, helping to keep the investment team running smoothly while working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining exposure to a dynamic, professional environment.
Supporting the CIO, Managing Directors and wider Investment Team with day-to-day administration.
Assisting with complex travel and accommodation arrangements when required.
Providing holiday, lunch and ad hoc team cover across the wider business.
We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and happy to roll their sleeves up to help wherever needed.
Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar support role.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel.
Summer and Christmas celebrations.
10 daily lunch allowance.
