Robert Half is partnering with a highly regarded and growing international law firm, known for its strong reputation and collaborative, close-knit culture. The London office supports a wide range of legal specialisms, alongside a well-established Business Support function including EAs, Secretaries and Facilities.

This is a Senior Receptionist / Front of House role acting as the face of the business. You’ll take ownership of a busy reception desk across multiple floors, delivering a polished and seamless experience for clients, visitors and internal teams. Working closely with the Facilities team, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of front of house in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for all visitors – professional, warm and polished approach
  • Manage guest arrivals, ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated experience
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to anticipate needs
  • Oversee a busy switchboard, post, couriers and general enquiries
  • Maintain an immaculate front-of-house environment
  • Handle high volumes while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Own meeting room scheduling, setup and turnover
  • Coordinate bookings in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ensure rooms are fully prepared, stocked and aligned to requirements
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager and wider team
  • Partner with EAs, Secretaries and stakeholders across the business
  • Provide hands-on support across the office where needed
  • Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Support continuous improvement of front-of-house processes
  • Adopt a “no job too small” attitude
Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years’ Reception / Front of House experience within legal or professional services
  • Experience managing a busy, high-volume reception desk
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, confident communicator
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders within a law firm
  • Exposure to facilities or office operations
  • Strong meeting room coordination experience
Working Pattern & Hours

Full-time, 5 days in office. Shift pattern: 9:00–17:00 or 9:30–17:30. Start date: ASAP.
