Following internal restructuring and ongoing investment into the people function, the business is looking for a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join the UK team.

You’ll work closely with a supportive HR Manager who offers autonomy, trust and strong mentorship - ideal for someone who wants to grow.

This is a broad, hands‑on generalist role with an even split between BAU advisory work and HR projects. You’ll support the UK and South Africa populations, working closely with global HR colleagues across the USA and India.

  • Managing first‑line HR queries via the shared inbox across the UK & SA
  • Overseeing all HR administration: onboarding, offboarding, contracts & lifecycle changes
  • Maintaining accurate employee data
  • Supporting recruitment coordination and helping streamline hiring processes
  • Supporting L&D activity including the SA Connect Academy
  • Contributing to people projects across wellbeing, templates, processes & benefits
  • Working closely with the HR Manager to embed new initiatives and improve consistency
  • Playing an active role in helping drive office attendance

This is an ideal role for someone who wants ownership, variety and visibility in a small, friendly HR team.

Experience in a HR Advisor or strong HR Admin/Generalist role.
