Energy infrastructure firm is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a 6 month fixed term contract in London (Hybrid working) with a salary of £100K-£115K.
The role involves:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including supplier agreements, agreements governing the delivery and maintenance of the company’s IT systems and services, consultancy agreements and agreements with energy trading companies.
- Providing legal support in relation to grid connection arrangements, property instruments and land access arrangements.
- Advising on O&M and EPC contracts, support and repair contracts required for ongoing maintenance and repair of the asset, and supporting new small-scale construction projects.
- Assisting with the management of external legal counsel and management of ongoing disputes and litigation.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor.
- Commercial legal experience in engineering, construction or energy.
