Robert Half is partnering with one of the UK's most loved hospitality brands. They're growing globally (US expansion underway) and now need a Senior ER Manager to own the function and shape how people matters are handled across a fast-paced, multi-site business.

The Role

  • Lead complex & high-risk ER cases end-to-end
  • Act as the key escalation point for all ER matters
  • Partner closely with the Head of People to take full ownership of ER
  • Coach and influence managers to make fair, confident decisions
  • Manage external relationships (ACAS, legal, tribunals)
  • Use data to spot trends, risks & opportunities
  • Support on evolving employment law & policy changes

You'll also have 1 direct report (ER Case Manager) - experienced and largely self-sufficient, so this is about guidance rather than heavy management.
