Take ownership of customer billing, invoicing and revenue reconciliation, ensuring all charges accurately reflect operational activity and services delivered. Analyse and validate detailed data, investigating discrepancies between internal billing systems, portals and customer records. Interpret customer-provided data and reports to understand discrepancies, challenge inconsistencies and ensure invoices accurately reflect the services delivered. Identify trends, recurring billing errors and unusual data patterns, using analytical insights to resolve issues and improve revenue accuracy. Maintain robust reconciliation schedules, supporting documentation and audit trails, ensuring every billed item can be traced back to the relevant operational data. At least 4 years' experience in billing, revenue control within a large, complex organisation. Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing high volumes of data at a granular level. The ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear findings and practical solutions.
