Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial social impact real estate business to find an exceptional Senior People and Culture Manager to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and help shape an exceptional people experience as the company continues to scale.

This is not a traditional HR role and it’s not purely recruitment-focused. This is a hands-on, operational people role for someone who genuinely loves building great teams, improving employee experience and creating environments where people can perform at their best. You’ll own everything from talent attraction and onboarding through to development, retention, performance support and people operations, L&D and working closely with the Managing Director to build scalable people processes that make a real impact across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment and talent attraction
  • Building strong hiring processes and improving candidate experience
  • Owning onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Supporting managers with performance, development and people challenges
  • Improving HR systems, structures and operational processes
  • Creating engaging people initiatives, internal events and memorable employee experiences
  • Acting as a key cultural and operational support to the business as it grows

What they’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience within a broad People / HR role
  • Strong experience across the full employee lifecycle, not just recruitment
  • Someone highly organised, proactive and execution-focused
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
  • Experience improving people processes within a scaling or fast-paced business
  • A hands-on approach, someone happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
  • This role would suit someone from an internal People/HR background rather than a purely agency recruitment background.

The type of person who will thrive here:

  • Someone who genuinely cares about people, culture and creating high-performing teams.
  • Someone who notices the finer details, takes ownership, brings energy into the business and enjoys making things better.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, visibility and the chance to shape a growing people function in a business that truly values culture and employee experience.
