Role: Reporting into the Global Payroll Director, the Payroll Manager EMEA will be heavily involved in defining the road-map for the UK & EMEA region solidifying payroll & compliance, improvements to payroll processes and driving change leading to improved efficiencies.
Key duties include:
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the UK and Germany, and support future EMEA expansion
- Act as the key expert for payroll legislation, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements across the region
- Design and enhance payroll processes, controls, and operating frameworks to support business growth
- Lead payroll systems, integrations, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
- Develop reporting, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
- Manage payroll projects, supplier relationships, and system implementations across the region
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll delivery
