Robert Half are thrilled to be assisting an exciting client with their search for a temporary, part-time Payroll Analyst for a 6 month assignment, offering fully remote working and competitive salary!

Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time across multiple EMEA countries.
- Reconcile payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve employee queries.
- Support month-end payroll reporting, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain payroll records in line with statutory and audit requirements.
- Prepare and review P45, P60, P11D and other HMRC documentation (where relevant).
- Liaise with external vendors across EMEA regions to ensure compliant payroll delivery.
- Assist with payroll system changes, testing, and process optimisation.
Requirements:
- Proven EMEA payroll experience, including knowledge of local legislation and compliance.
- Strong understanding of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, pensions, and UK payroll legislation.
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
