Robert Half Technology are assisting a global retail organisation to recruit a Okta Engineer on a contract basis. Remote working - UK based.
Technical Skills
- The Okta Engineer will have expertise in Okta Identity Cloud (SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory) or Okta Identity Governance.
- Knowledge of IAM principles: RBAC, identity governance, privileged access.
- Proficiency with authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
- Experience integrating Okta with:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP)
- SaaS and custom applications.
Implementation
- Ability to implement Okta-based IAM solutions for enterprise environments.
- Knowledgeable on security architecture and best practices.
- Experience creating technical design documents and integration patterns.
Development & Integration
- The Okta Engineer will have the ability to build custom Okta workflows and policies.
