We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join a fast-paced, creative environment in central London. This role sits within the Finance team and plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You'll be supporting senior leaders and multiple departments, acting as the go-to person for coordination, administration and office operations. Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior leaders with travel, itineraries and expenses
  • Assisting with contract administration and data entry
  • Managing departmental invoices, accounts payable queries and internal reporting
  • Supporting client events and basic client servicing
  • Coordinating office supplies and inventory
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Handling incoming calls and communications professionally
  • Ensuring the office environment is organised, welcoming and fully operational
  • Providing general administrative support across teams
  • Organising internal staff events
