About the Position
Reporting into the finance team, you will support both accounting and operational finance activities through:
- Processing supplier invoices, employee expenses, and corporate credit card transactions.
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities across the business.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Assisting with structured loan schedules and supporting data accuracy within finance models.
- Preparing daily and weekly payment runs and monitoring approval workflows.
- Supporting bank reconciliations and transaction matching.
- Assisting with month-end processes, reporting, and preparation of working papers.
- Preparing basic financial and administrative reports for internal use.
- Supporting general finance administration and maintaining organised documentation.
- Assisting with ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
