My client (an AdTech company) is looking to hire a temporary contracts associate in London for an approximately 3-month engagement, with the possibility of extension. Their customers are primarily advertisers. This role will focus on reviewing and negotiating redlines from EMEA-based customers, including data processing agreements and GDPR-related terms. They are a remote-first AdTech company with a London office in central London.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial contracts (law firm training a plus)
  • UK-qualified solicitor required
  • GDPR fundamentals required; advanced data privacy experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with AdTech, digital advertising, or media industry agreements preferred
  • Experience with EMEA counterparties and cross-border commercial terms preferred

Engagement Details:

  • Duration: ~3 months, open to extend
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Start date: By end of June preferred
  • Location: Remote-first; onsite at London office 1-2 days/week is helpful, particularly during onboarding.
