Robert Half have partnered with a London‑based property organisation who are looking to engage an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a multi‑site Wi‑Fi Refresh Programme across their building portfolio. This is an initial 6‑month contract, playing a key role in coordinating internal teams and third‑party suppliers to ensure network hardware upgrades are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a multi‑site Wi‑Fi Refresh Project, including network hardware upgrades and replacements.
  • Manage and coordinate other infrastructure‑related projects where required.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across Technology, Communications, Centre Management, and Customer Experience.
  • Engage with on‑site teams and customers to manage access, scheduling, and disruption during installation phases.
  • Own and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues as required.
  • Work closely with Communications and Change teams to support user awareness and transition planning.
  • Track project KPIs, delivery progress, and overall project health.

Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure or network upgrade projects. Strong background in multi‑site project delivery within live operational environments. Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to work hands‑on and on‑site. Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and delivery controls. Experience working within structured project or PMO frameworks.

Contract: Initial 6‑month contract. Competitive day rate.
