Robert Half is partnering with a global renewable energy organisation in search for a HR Operations Manager to join their team in London. Central London | 3 days onsite | Full time

The role: HR Operations Manager to support the Head of HR in building and managing a global HR operations function within a fast-growing renewable energy business. The role combines:

  • UK payroll and benefits management
  • global HR operations oversight
  • policy and process governance
  • vendor management
  • support for international HRBPs

This is a hands-on role in a lean, scale-up environment backed by a large global energy group.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage global HR operations
  • Oversee UK payroll and benefits administration
  • Manage HR vendors, suppliers, and external advisors
  • Support and guide regional HRBPs on policy and best practice
  • Manage global mobility and secondee processes
  • Lead policy reviews and process improvement initiatives
  • Support organisational change and international expansion
  • Run RFPs and selection processes for HR operational suppliers
  • Process HR-related invoicing
  • Help build a “best-in-class” HR function alongside the Head of HR

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ HR operations experience
  • Strong UK payroll, benefits, and compliance knowledge
  • International HR exposure across multiple regions
  • Experience managing external vendors/providers
  • Understanding of global mobility and compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel capability
