The role will suit someone who enjoys operating in a dynamic environment and is looking to broaden their HR experience within an international corporate setting.
Reporting into the Group Head of HR, the HR Officer will support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations across the business:
- Managing HR administration including contracts, offer letters, and employee records
- Coordinating recruitment processes and liaising with agencies and hiring managers
- Assisting with employee relations matters, policies, and HR procedures
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration
- Maintaining and updating HR systems and employee data
- Coordinating learning & development initiatives and training schedules
- Assisting with performance review and appraisal processes
- Supporting compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and stakeholders globally
4+ years previous experience within an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, or HR Administrator role
Background experience in financial services, fintechs and/or professional services.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
