Duration: 1 - 2 months of work

Overview: We are seeking a specialist HR Incentive Compensation SME to support a known issue within a large banking environment. This is not a generalist HR role. The successful consultant will have strong experience reviewing incentive compensation and remuneration frameworks against EBA guidelines, with a clear EU / ECB regulatory lens.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven HR incentive compensation / remuneration experience
  • Strong experience reviewing frameworks against EBA guidelines
  • Clear understanding of EU regulatory requirements and ECB regulatory pressure
  • Must have worked within a large bank / Tier 1 investment bank
  • Experience supporting a known issue linked to incentive compensation
  • Experience with issue validation and remediation
  • Able to work from planning and testing already completed
  • Exposure to RemCo / remuneration governance is beneficial
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

Desirable:

  • Internal audit experience
  • Experience supporting remuneration or reward reviews in an audit environment

Working Pattern: 3 days onsite in the UK
