You will take control of end-to-end software delivery and operations, align engineering execution directly to business outcomes, and build a delivery organisation that moves fast, scales cleanly and delivers measurable value. - Alignment of delivery execution to business strategy and product roadmaps - no output without outcomes.
- Design and operation of a service-led delivery model, including service portfolios, SLAs and accountability.
- Building, leading and retaining high-performing engineering and delivery teams.
- Scaling modern delivery practices: agile product teams, platform engineering, DevOps and CI/CD.
- Defining and owning hard KPIs that matter - delivery predictability, developer productivity, quality and resilience.
- Using AI across the SDLC to increase speed, quality and engineering throughput.
- Driving continuous improvement across DevSecOps, automation, quality and security.
- Owning incident, change and release management and leading through major transitions and transformations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading software delivery at scale in complex environments.
- A delivery leader who executes, not just governs.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to turn strategy into shipped outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of modern engineering and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional people leadership - you build teams others want to join.
- Commercially minded, outcome-focused and comfortable being accountable.
