Description Head of Change London CIV | London | Executive Leadership Opportunity Robert Half has been exclusively retained by London CIV and are acting as the sole recruitment partner as they seek to hire a Head of Change.
London CIV is one of the largest public sector asset pools in the UK, responsible for managing and investing assets on behalf of London Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) funds.
As the firm continues to evolve and expand its capabilities, they are seeking an exceptional Head of Change to lead and embed enterprise-wide change across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a high-profile leadership role with significant influence across the business, helping to shape the future of London CIV while ensuring change is delivered effectively, sustainably, and in line with our strategic objectives.
The Opportunity As Head of Change, you will establish and lead London CIV's change management function, providing oversight of a diverse portfolio of strategic, operational, regulatory, and technology-driven initiatives.
Working closely with the Executive Committee and senior stakeholders, you will ensure that change programmes are prioritised, governed, and delivered successfully, driving measurable benefits while maintaining operational resilience and stakeholder confidence.

Key Responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership Change Delivery & Governance Stakeholder Engagement Leadership & Capability Development The Successful Candidate The successful Head of Change will be experienced change and transformation leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide change within a regulated financial services environment.
You will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability, and be comfortable operating at Executive level, influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes across diverse teams.
Essential Experience Significant experience leading enterprise-wide change and transformation programmes within regulated financial services environments, including asset management, pensions, wealth management, or related sectors.
Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of governance, risk management, regulatory requirements, and change delivery best practice.
Experience working closely with Executive Committees and senior leadership teams.
Proven people leadership, including building and managing high-performing change and transformation teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong communication and influencing capabilities.
A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and public service values.
Desirable Experience Knowledge of LGPS, asset pooling, or public sector investment organisations.
Understanding of FCA regulatory frameworks, including ICARA.
Experience leading technology-enabled transformation programmes.
Formal change management qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
