Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving pipeline and revenue impact across the EMEA region. The Field Marketing Manager, based in London, will lead integrated field marketing initiatives designed to accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen sales alignment, and support revenue objectives through a mix of virtual and in-person programs. This is a full-time contract role based in London.
Field Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals, working closely with Sales teams.
- Build a deep understanding of sales priorities to determine the most effective mix of campaigns, events, and targeted activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional revenue stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Pipeline Operations, to plan and deliver high-impact virtual and in-person events.
- Partner with Digital, Events, and Account-Based Marketing teams to design and execute coordinated, cross-channel engagement strategies for target accounts.
- Measure, analyse, and report on pipeline contribution and ROI for all field marketing programs, using insights to inform future investment decisions.
- Design and deliver high-touch marketing programs that generate and accelerate opportunities, strengthen executive relationships, and move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Own the strategy and execution of hosted and sponsored field events, including content development, logistics, on-site experience, and end-to-end pre-event, during-event, and post-event engagement.
- Identify and activate co-marketing opportunities with industry communities and strategic partners to drive demand at scale.
- Leverage account-based marketing platforms and intent data to identify high-value audiences and orchestrate intent-driven campaigns at scale.
- Collaborate with content and campaign teams to develop tailored messaging and assets to support field initiatives (e.g. nurture cadences, field engagement, content hubs, gifting, and follow-up).
Ideal Field Marketing Manager Profile:
- 4-5 years of experience delivering field marketing programs focused on pipeline generation and revenue impact.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset, with experience measuring performance and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
