Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a fantastic client who is looking for a temporary Facilities Assistant for a 6 month assignment, offering up to £12.65/hr + holiday pay!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure floors are maintained to a high standard with daily checks.
- Report maintenance issues for resolution.
- Oversee pantries & social areas including setting up coffee stations.
- Manage snack inventory and stock.
- Perform deep cleaning of storage areas and pantries.
- Conduct ongoing cleaning and clearing of kitchen areas.
- Support with event coordination and setup including: Moving furniture and setting up rooms, facilitating food deliveries and escorting suppliers and supporting catering services for events.
- Managing event-related storage and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Hospitality and events experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Good people skills and good judgement.
