Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 22–25 sports staff members
- Oversee all sports programs, including:
- Rugby and hockey (core focus)
- Football, volleyball, athletics, basketball, and emerging female sports
- Drive performance and development across all sports disciplines
- Inspire, motivate, and engage students and staff toward excellence
- Manage administrative responsibilities and competition schedules
- Represent the school in events, tournaments, and external associations
- Actively engage with the school community (students, parents, staff)
- Promote and embody the school’s values and traditions
- Proven experience in school environments (essential)
- Sports team leadership and management (essential)
- Strong background in rugby and/or hockey
- Experience working with children and youth across different age groups
- International exposure is highly valued
