As our Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be the voice of the brand - managing customer enquiries and ensuring a seamless, end-to-end experience across every touchpoint. From order queries to resolving complex issues, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a high standard of service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Supporting customers with orders, delivery, returns & product info
- Resolving issues (late deliveries, damaged items, complaints) with care
- Experience in customer service (fashion, retail, or e-commerce preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Shopify, SWAP, Global-e a bonus!)
