They’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team - an incredible opportunity to be part of a fast-moving brand where customer experience is at the heart of everything they do.

Location: London (1 day onsite a week in office).

Contract: Part-time (30 hours per week).

Reporting to: Ecommerce Manager.

The Role:

As our Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be the voice of the brand - managing customer enquiries and ensuring a seamless, end-to-end experience across every touchpoint. From order queries to resolving complex issues, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a high standard of service and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer enquiries across email
  • Supporting customers with orders, delivery, returns & product info
  • Resolving issues (late deliveries, damaged items, complaints) with care
  • Processing returns and exchanges efficiently
  • Collaborating with warehouse, operations & e-commerce teams
  • Coordinating with couriers and internal teams to solve fulfilment issues

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience in customer service (fashion, retail, or e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Proactive, organised, and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Shopify, SWAP, Global-e a bonus!)
