The firm manages capital for institutional investors and sophisticated family offices globally. Its core strategy focuses on a distinctive and fast-growing area of private credit: lending to lenders across speciality finance areas. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across the full private credit investment lifecycle within a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the origination and underwriting team, as well as senior management, to execute and monitor private credit investments. The role offers significant responsibility, early exposure, and the opportunity to step up quickly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the underwriting, execution and ongoing monitoring of private credit transactions
- Conducting detailed investment analysis and due diligence, including:
- Business model and strategy assessment
- Management team evaluation
- Market, competitive and sector analysis
- Financial modelling across income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, including downside and stress scenarios
- Assessing credit risk, debt servicing capacity and structural protections
The successful candidate for this private credit firm, based in central London, will have at least 5 years experience as an investment or credit analyst. They will have excellent excel skills and strong modelling and valuations experience.
Salary and Benefits
