Hiring: Business Analyst β Reinsurance Treaty Management
Location: Central London (2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Initial 6-month contract (with potential to extend or shorten depending on client requirements)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Reinsurance Treaty Management experience to join a growing programme within the insurance/reinsurance space.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimising reinsurance operations, with the ability to work closely across underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, and technology teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and analyse reinsurance treaties to support effective risk transfer
- Lead workshops and gather business requirements from key stakeholders
- Monitor treaty performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Support reinsurance accounting, reporting, and process improvements
