Business Development Manager - IT Services London | Canary Wharf (4 days onsite) | 45k-50k base + uncapped commission | 70k+ OTERobert Half are looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business for a growing IT services business.

Until now, sales has been founder-led.

We're now looking for someone who can come in, own the new business number and help build the sales function from the ground up.

This is a genuine hunter role.

You'll be responsible for generating your own pipeline, opening doors and winning new clients - initially without dedicated marketing or SDR support.

We're looking for someone who: Has a proven track record in new business within an MSP, IT consultancy, IT services or channel business Has experience selling recurring managed services, alongside projects and licensing Can confidently sell to Heads of IT, IT Directors and CFOs Understands conversations around Apple and Windows estates, identity, security and managed ITIs comfortable building their own pipeline rather than relying on inbound leads Has the commercial credibility to run a sales process from first conversation through to close Has public sector framework experience - desirable, but not essential Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
