The business offers the pace and commercial exposure of a growth environment combined with the stability of an established global group. This offers a broad remit across financial reporting, statutory reporting, treasury, controls, regulatory compliance and business partnering. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting while supporting the continued growth of the UK operation. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting under IFRS and internal performance reporting frameworks. Own month-end reporting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial information. Process and review sales and purchase invoices, supplier payments and banking activities. Perform multi-currency bank reconciliations and maintain strong cash management practices. Prepare audit schedules and act as a key contact for both internal and external auditors. Ensure balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliations and financial controls. Support VAT returns and wider tax reporting obligations. Assist with treasury, liquidity management and regulatory reporting requirements. Partner with commercial teams, providing finance support on new products and business activities. Liaise with external stakeholders including banks, regulators and industry bodies. Drive continuous improvements across finance processes, systems and controls. Skills & ExperienceACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience of IFRS reporting. Previous experience within a Senior Accountant, Financial Accountant or similar role. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability. Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and evolving commercial environment. Annual performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits package.
