Job Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Marketing business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Accounts Assistant for 3 months. Our client is looking for an immediate interim Accounts Assistant to assist them for 3 months. Manage Accounts Payable, including processing supplier invoices and ensuring payments are recorded accurately and on time. Manage Accounts Receivable, including monitoring outstanding balances and maintaining accurate customer accounts. Complete bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Carry out balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date. Monitor and manage the finance inbox, responding to and resolving account and payment queries in a timely manner. Prepare and process manual invoices, ensuring all billing information is accurate and complete. Maintain accurate and organised financial records in accordance with company procedures. Provide general support to the wider finance team as required. The successful interim Accounts Assistant will have 2+ years experience You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
