Senior Contracts Manager to join its commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the management of a large contract portfolio, overseeing contract performance, compliance and commercial risk while managing a team of Contract Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the negotiation and management of complex contracts.
  • Manage a portfolio of 200+ contracts.
  • Lead and develop the Contracts team.
  • Build strong relationships with Local Authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs, contract performance and commercial risk.
  • Support tenders, business cases and contract renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and regulatory requirements.

About You

You'll have experience managing complex contracts within adult social care, health or the public sector, along with strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Previous leadership experience and the ability to work across multiple priorities are essential.
