What you'll be doing You'll support the finance team by ensuring customer accounts are accurate and payments are processed efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include: Raising customer invoices accurately and on time.
Processing invoices and credit notes.
Allocating customer payments.
Following up on outstanding invoices and maintaining customer accounts.
Investigating payment queries and resolving discrepancies.
Producing basic reports and assisting with account reconciliations.
Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer account queries.
Supporting month-end activities and general finance administration.
