The Role
Supporting senior stakeholders within the Banking & Finance team, you'll take on a broad and fast-paced workload, including:
- Managing busy inboxes and complex diaries
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Document production, proofreading and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
- Handling expenses, billing processes and time entry
- Supporting wider team operations and project work
This is a role where you'll build strong relationships with Partners, Associates and the wider business, and be trusted to stay on top of multiple moving parts.
