Interim Legal Counsel 3 month contract Media firm (advertising agency) London - Hybrid working Between £90K-£130K The role: Take ownership of drafting, managing and negotiating commercial contracts with our clients and suppliers (including MSAs, Talent Agreements and NDAs).
Manage with autonomy and escalating to General Counsel where appropriate.
Respond efficiently and speedily to day to day requests for assistance from all parts of the business providing informed and considered counsel (including to senior management) while managing stakeholders’ expectations.
Take an active role in supervising the paralegal Research legal issues and present findings to General Counsel and the wider business Assist with resolving disputes with clients and suppliers as needed.
Assist with the drafting and updating of policies and compliance-related issues e. g.
Data Privacy, Modern Slavery and Anti-bribery.
