Finance Manager - Leeds
£55,000 - £60,000 - Plus bonus, hybrid working and flexibility
Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a highly successful and ambitious PE backed business based in Leeds.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial information, leading a small finance team and ensuring robust financial controls are in place.
Key responsibilities:
Production of monthly management accounts and board reporting
Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processes
Managing, mentoring and developing a small finance team
Reviewing and improving existing finance processes and controls
Providing commercial analysis and financial insight to support decision making
Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and month end close activities
Driving continuous improvement across systems, reporting and financial processes
Requirements:
Previous Finance Manager experience
Proven people management experience is essential
Strong management accounting and financial reporting background
Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills
Hands on, proactive and solutions focused approach
