Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted adviser, collaborating closely with operational and commercial teams to drive business performance and decision-making.
- Deliver best-in-class financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling to support key initiatives.
- Provide high-quality insights and recommendations, influencing stakeholders at all levels - both locally and globally.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation across the business.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
- Advanced financial modelling, analytical and Excel skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at a variety of levels.
