- Onsite: 5 days in the office.Robert Half are partnering exclusively with a global strategic brand investment and advisory business operating at the intersection of entertainment, luxury, media, hospitality and global culture to recruit a Management Accountant.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who is comfortable working in an SME environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.The RoleAs Management Accountant, you will work closely with the CFO and take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, providing financial insight and helping to improve processes across the business.Key responsibilities will include:Managing core finance operations, including AP, AR, banking and the general ledgerPreparing monthly management accountsOwning the P&L and cash flowCash flow management, foreign currency and debt collectionBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysisReviewing project budgets for profitabilityPreparing monthly financial statementsSupporting the audit process and external advisersVATSupporting the Accounts AssistantWorking closely with senior stakeholders across the businessIdentifying and implementing process improvementsAbout YouWe are looking for a finance professional who:Has a strong hands-on SME backgroundHas experience with management accounts, P&L and cash flowIs comfortable working in a messy, unstructured or fast-moving environmentIs proactive, resourceful and a natural problem solverIs comfortable working independently and dealing with ambiguityCan build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsEnjoys improving processes and bringing greater structure to a businessRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
