The Role
The IT Support Analyst will join a close-knit IT team, providing 1st-2nd line support to users across the business. This will include:
- managing / troubleshooting tickets within a service desk tool, escalating where necessary
- providing desktop and local user support
- maintaining an excellent customer service approach for all support queries
- IT asset management, setting up laptops & mobile devices
- process improvement, documentation
- support on various projects
About you
Applicants for the IT Support Analyst role will have:
- proven experience in a similar IT support role covering both 1st and 2nd line support
- working experience with Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Manager
- excellent customer service skills, with a strong team-work approach
- knowledge of networking principles
- strong attention to detail with experience of process improvement and documentation
- a valid UK driving license and flexibility to travel to other sites as & when required
On offer
Salary of up to £38,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits. Looking for candidates who can work predominantly from the Bicester office, with travel to other sites (some flexibility for occasional working from home).
