The Role
- As IT Manager, you'll join a close-knit IT team supporting a multi-site environment and teams both nationally and internationally.
- Responsibilities will include:
- day-to-day management of all areas of IT (cyber security, MS 365, network infrastructure)
- provide first class support to users across the business and various sites
- manage suppliers / 3rd parties, as well as resources and budgets
- line manage a small team (mentoring, supervising, escalation etc.)
- provide reporting / analysis to leadership teams
- lead on various projects & initiatives
About you
- Applicants for the IT Manager role will have:
- a strong, broad understanding of IT (cyber security, MS 365, Windows, multi-site network infrastructure, business applications etc.)
- experience with the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g. Intune, PowerApps, Power Platform, Entra ID/Azure AD, Purview etc.)
- preferably have managed/supervised teams (or show the aptitude to do so)
- strong IT operation skills (3rd party management, asset management, budgets etc.)
