Overview

Robert Half are working with a major investment body who are undergoing a significant organisational transformation and are seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity. You will be working side by side with C-suite stakeholders, tracking delivery across strategic work-streams, and making sure the moving parts align.

The Role

You will be embedded within a portfolio of initiatives supporting execution by turning strategy into action and helping unblock delivery challenges along the way. This is ideal for someone who is organised and comfortable operating in a high-stakes, evolving environment supporting senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate cross-functional initiatives, track delivery milestones, and ensure updates are captured and communicated
  • Support project sponsors and subject matter experts in structuring work-stream activity and managing inter-dependencies
  • Maintain oversight of actions, risks, and issues across all transformation areas
  • Assist with the preparation of programme updates and executive-level reporting
  • Document evolving processes and help identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Support the executive leads with strategic briefings and material as required

Essential

  • Experience supporting major organisational change or transformation initiatives
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple work-streams

Contract Details

  • 12-month contract
  • 4 days a week in their central London office
  • Outside IR35
  • Day rate dependent on experience
