This newly created Investor Relations Associate role for a rapidly growing Private Equity firm paying £60,000 to £80,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based the heart of the city

Role

This Investor Relations Associate role will be working closely with the Founder to put in providing support for a growing investment team. Please find a brief outline of the role below.

• Reporting – production of quarterly investor report
• Relationship – build relationship with existing investors and deliver responses to day-to-day enquiries
• AGM – ownership of AGM content, production of main slide deck for AGM
• CRM – manage CRM of existing and prospective investors
• Comms – deliver an outbound programme of comms around key news stories to existing and target investors
• Prospecting – research to identify and outreach to potential new investors
• Materials – Create original proprietary content in PowerPoint. Ownership of the firm’s investor focussed content.

Profile

The Investor Relations Associate for this Private Equity is ideally for the below

• Someone who’s got about 1-2 years in a similar role within Private Equity
• Someone with a degree from a Russell group university
• Someone who’s presented AGM packs

Company

The Investor Relations Associate will report into a hugely impressive Founder who you will very closely on the day-to-day operations. The Private Equity business is small with currently 18 heads: however, they’re looking to double by the end of 2026. This is a role due to growth as investments are starting to ramp up!

Salary & Benefits

Salary is bench marked £60,000 to £80,000 on experience.
