This newly created Investor Relations Associate role for a rapidly growing Private Equity firm pays £60,000 to £80,000 depending on experience with a discretionary bonus.

This Investor Relations Associate role will be working closely with the Founder to provide support for a growing investment team. Please find a brief outline of the role below.

  • Reporting: Production of quarterly investor reports.
  • Relationship: Build relationships with existing investors and deliver responses to day-to-day enquiries.
  • AGM: Ownership of AGM content, production of the main slide deck for AGM.
  • CRM: Manage CRM of existing and prospective investors.
  • Comms: Deliver an outbound programme of communications around key news stories to existing and target investors.
  • Prospecting: Research to identify and outreach to potential new investors.
  • Materials: Create original proprietary content in PowerPoint. Ownership of the firm’s investor-focused content.

The Investor Relations Associate is ideally suited for someone who has about 1-2 years in a similar role within Private Equity, has a degree from a Russell Group university, and has presented AGM packs.

The Investor Relations Associate will report into a hugely impressive Founder and will work closely on the day-to-day operations. The Private Equity business is small with currently 18 heads; however, they’re looking to double by the end of 2026. This role is due to growth as investments are starting to ramp up!

Salary is benchmarked at £60,000 to £80,000 based on experience. Additionally, there is a discretionary bonus.
