You will take full responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll for a workforce of 1,000+ employees, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong stakeholder communication throughout.
Key responsibilities
- Process and validate monthly payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple contract types
- Identify, review, and validate payroll output reports with extensive data checking to ensure accuracy
- Manage all aspects of the company pension scheme, including auto-enrolment and maintaining up-to-date scheme information
- Liaise with actuaries, Pension Scheme Trustees, and third-party stakeholders
- Keep up to date with legislative changes and new payroll initiatives
