Order-to-Cash (OTC) Interim Project, Manchester. We are looking for a OTC specialist to support a transformation project. An established national business is embarking on a significant ERP transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (OTC) Process Owner to join the project team on a contract basis. This is a business transformation role, not a BAU operational position. You'll be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process is designed, optimised and successfully transitioned into a new ERP platform as part of a large-scale systems implementation. Working alongside internal stakeholders, the implementation partner and the wider project team, you'll provide expert process knowledge to support the migration to NetSuite. While the project includes a dedicated Data Lead, this role is focused on process ownership, governance and ensuring the business is ready for implementation.
