Legal Manager / In-House Lawyer (Litigation) Housing Association Bedford £53,600 We are currently looking for a Legal Manager to provide support to the Director of Governance and Legal. The role will focus on the management of a caseload of disrepair cases, as well as coordinating internal and external legal resources and supporting compliance with our legislative and regulatory requirements. The role Set up and review processes for the management of disrepair cases, ensuring these reflect pre-action protocols and are aligned with other areas of the business. Consider opportunities to in-source disrepair cases once proceedings have been issued – taking account of resource and risk levels; liaise with the business and external lawyers as appropriate to ensure that all deadlines are met.
