Job Description
Robert Half are recruiting a Financial Controller role on a permanent basis with an SME based in Hungerford. This role would suit a qualified accountant seeking their final role in finance (next 5-10 years). This role will be primarily based onsite 4-5 days a week.
The role
The Financial Controller will be pivotal in managing the day to day running of the finance team whilst also being a key member of the senior leadership team. The role will involve but not be limited to:
- Managing a small team.
- Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Cash flow management.
- Guiding on strategy.
- Financial analysis.
- Liaising with auditors.
Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 10+ years PQE.
- Extensive SME experience.
- Proven leadership experience (3+).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Happy to work onsite 5 days a week.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Steady CV - 4+ years in each role. Note: contractors will not be considered.
Package:
- £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus.
