Robert Half is partnering with a leading commercial facilities company based in Battersea, looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Officer to join its forward-thinking HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in delivering a professional, responsive, and people-focused HR service across the business.
About the Role: Reporting to the HR leadership team, the HR Advisor will provide practical and business-aligned HR support, particularly across employee relations. The successful candidate will work closely with managers and employees at all levels, offering guidance on a range of HR matters and ensuring best practices are shared and upheld throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering a comprehensive, customer-focused HR service covering all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Leading disciplinary, grievance, and other hearings with timely and accurate documentation
- Managing absences, including long-term sickness and maternity leave, with Occupational Health support
- Ensuring HR policies and the ER tracker are current and effectively implemented
- Leading TUPE processes including administration and consultation
- Providing training to managers on HR procedures and best practices
- Upholding equal opportunities and diversity in all aspects of HR service
- Acting as a trusted advisor on HR policies and employee-related decisions
- Partnering with managers to provide updates and advice in departmental meetings
- Supporting internal training platforms and benefits systems
- Collaborating with the wider HR team to deliver consistent service
Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitoring retention data and exit feedback to recommend improvements
- Managing DBS checks and right-to-work compliance
- Providing cover for HR Coordinators during absences or holidays
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Officer role
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations and TUPE
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- CIPD Level 5 (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential
